A Little Deeper
How I Started
I started my College life pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Though I would eventually find the lack of design to be misaligned with my career goals, I retain many of the technical skills and a uniquely analytical mindset when it comes to production, research, and problem-solving.
Leadership
One of the things I consider to be a strong point for me, I have always been a natural leader. In my early years, I spent much of my time as a team lead in the SCHS SMASH Robotics and as the President of SCHS's Model UN club. Eventually, I would join UCF's Outlanders Club, an underfunded camping club with a small member base, where I would quickly become the president and one of the longest-running officers in the club's history. Though when I joined this camping club, it had a limited member base and mostly focused on small group trips, that would soon change. In the years since, I have organized, funded, and led large groups on trips across the nation, building an active community with hundreds of members.
Passion
Throughout my life, I have always had a passion for machinery, construction, and design. In my early days, I spent my time building go-carts, Drones and working on various carpentry projects. I first started working as a handyman and Installer with Dome-It Ceilings & the Building Butler in Ormond. It was here that I first learned the importance of client relations and began to refine my technical skills. Years later, I would begin working as a freelance carpenter with Kadan Productions, where I would begin forming relationships with clients and professionals from around the industry, kickstarting my career in the world of Scenary.
